This edition of KVC-Arts starts with Emmanuel Rogers in conversation with Meredith Ochs about her book, "Aretha Franklin: Queen of Soul - A Life in Photographs." Then I'll be speaking with Arturo Sandoval about SO much. Scoring films... Dizzy Gilespie... Justin Timberlake... you know- that sort of thing. We'll close with a few tunes from Lakin from a wonderful, wonderful recent interview, after which we got a few really nice "unplugged" in-studio recordings. One from each of her past (non-Christmas) releases, and one from her upcoming disc.
