Last week, U.S. Senator Adam Schiff visited San Bernardino Valley College to speak with students and tour a future housing project. Afterwards, Schiff joined me in the KVCR studios at the college to discuss issues important to Californians, including the future of AI and agriculture. Here's part of our conversation.

US Senator Adam Schiff visited San Bernardino Valley College on Monday. He was there to visit the future site of a campus housing project. Schiff also held a roundtable with local college students. Then he joined KVCR's Madison Aument in the studio where they discussed the California governor's race, the war in Iran, its effect on oil prices and a bipartisan AI bill.

Riverside County was the first to adopt a state law allowing people to operate kitchens out of their homes. The law's adoption in Riverside County has spurred a wave of Latino home cooks across the state.

The sheriff oversees the coroner's office in a vast majority of California counties. A state senator from the Inland Empire wants that to change in Riverside County.
