KVCR begins a weekly series called "State of the Cities," where we will talk with the mayor of every city in the Inland Empire about their city, who lives there, who works there, and how the city's economy fared during the recent economic downturn.  We begin the series with a conversation with Kathy Azevedo, the Mayor of Norco... which has a registered trademark nickname , "Horsetown, U.S.A."
