John Husing, Chief Economist for the Inland Empire Economic Partnership, has his regular weekly conversation with KVCR's Ken Vincent. This morning, Dr. Husing talks about the IEEP's strategic plan to convince Inland leaders to provide continuing education and skills training to the large segment of adult workers in the IE who didn't finish high school. Husing also explains why he doesn't think area community colleges are up to the task.

A study just released by the Charitable Trust examines how 30 cities fared in the Great Recession and what challenges remain. One of the selected cities for the study was Riverside.
